![]() I found this thread that discussed potential issues and was curious if the fix could have to do with the icc profile. ![]() We discovered that often this error message has to do with the PDF structure, which can be caused by the application that produced the PDF (Simple Certificate seems to use an open source program called TCPDF). The PDF file is opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader without any errors, it's not blank. We tried saving them on the desktop and opening from there and we still received the Insufficient Data for an Image. The files (drawings) were created in 2000 and they need to be retrieved to be put on a server. See error 'Insufficient data for an image' I have an issue with someone trying to open old PDF files in Adobe Reader 9 Standard. ![]()
